As a Wellness Coordinator, you are much more than a receptionist. You are the face of our clinics, the first impression for every patient, and one of the biggest drivers of our success. Your primary responsibility is converting new patients into long-term wellness members by educating them on the value of routine chiropractic care.

What You'll Do

• Welcome every patient with outstanding customer service.
• Build relationships that create loyal, lifelong patients.
• Confidently present and sell Wellness Plans and Visit Packages.
• Meet and exceed membership conversion goals.
• Answer phones and respond to patient questions professionally.
• Check patients in and out using our point-of-sale system.
• Maintain accurate patient records and process payments.
• Re-engage inactive patients and follow up with leads.
• Keep the clinic organized, clean, and running efficiently.
• Assist with local marketing events and community outreach.
• Work closely with chiropractors and teammates to deliver an exceptional patient experience.

Sales Is A Major Part Of This Position

We're looking for someone who understands that sales isn't about pressure—it's about education, confidence, and helping people make the best decision for their health.

Sales experience is REQUIRED.

Ideal backgrounds include:

• Membership sales
• Retail sales
• Fitness or gym memberships

• Automotive sales
• Banking or financial services
• Any commission based sales experience

Requirements

• Sales experience required
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong customer service skills
• Computer proficiency
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Reliable transportation
• Willingness to work at both our Madison at Colony Crossing and Flowood clinics
