Controller

As Controller, you will oversee all financial activities, including budgeting, reporting, and strategic financial planning. You’ll work closely with the executive team to guide business decisions and ensure financial health. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage accounting operations: AP, AR, financial reporting, and month-end close Supervise and coach accounting staff Manage credit policies and trade credit insurance Oversee cash management and banking relationships Reconcile financial statements and balance sheet accounts Maintain fixed asset system and support inventory analysis Prepare year-end tax schedules and support external audits Serve as the in-house ERP system expert Ensure compliance with GAAP and produce periodic financial reports Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred) Minimum 6 years of progressive financial management experience (manufacturing background preferred) Strong proficiency in financial software and ERP systems Excellent communication and organizational skills Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Demonstrated leadership and personnel management experience Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Proactive in identifying and implementing process improvements #J-18808-Ljbffr
