We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Account Manager to join our team in Melbourne, FL. This is a full-time, remote position, providing the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home.

As a Remote Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our client base in the Melbourne, FL area. You will be the main point of contact for our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and maintaining strong relationships. Your primary goal will be to increase sales and revenue by identifying new business opportunities and promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow relationships with existing clients in the Melbourne, FL area
• Proactively reach out to potential clients to promote our products and services
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and industry trends
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
• Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitors' activities
• Travel to client sites as needed (when safe to do so)

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the LED lighting industry
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel when necessary
• Passion for sustainability and energy efficiency is a plus
