Center Manager

This position is incentive eligible. Salary Estimate: $61,588.80 - $98,675.20 / year. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range of candidates hired. Factors that may influence your actual salary include specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. The typical candidate is hired below the midpoint of the range. Job Summary As a Center Manager, you will: Interview, hire, train, and supervise clinic staff Develop and lead the execution of clinic goals and objectives in support of overall clinic performance and operations Manage all team performance, including patient and visitor issues, providing feedback to employees, recognizing good performance, and identifying potential candidates for promotional opportunities Monitor patient flow, keeping patients informed, overseeing and seeking to reduce wait times by acting on information provided by Web Check‑in, and ensuring efforts are coordinated to provide the highest quality care and services Ensure all cash management procedures are followed appropriately Regularly communicate with primary accounts Ensure all compliance measures are met Qualifications H.S.
