Applicants for the Associate Vice President of Business Development position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in sales or business development, and a preference for those with 7 years' experience. A background in claims management, insurance, or risk management is highly desirable. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in achieving sales goals, strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills, and proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce.
