Generating and managing member service denial notifications, the part-time Remote Administrative Analyst will ensure compliance with regulatory standards while providing administrative support and maintaining confidentiality in a work-from-home environment. Key responsibilities Generate and mail member service denial notifications to relevant parties Maintain procedures related to member service denial processes and revise documentation as needed Provide administrative support for special projects and assist with audits and reporting Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED certificate required 2 years of progressive experience in administrative duties, with internal experience at ASH preferred Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Access Knowledge of CMS and DMHC regulations is helpful Strong analytical and written communication skills demonstrated
