The Opportunity

ISI Elite Training Sarasota is looking for a dependable, caring, and energetic team member to supervise children in our Iron Kidz room while their parents participate in training sessions.

The Iron Kidz room is directly adjacent to the training floor with glass doors, so children can see their parents and parents can see their children throughout the session. This is a consistent weekday morning position averaging approximately 12.5 hours per week.

What You'll Do

• Provide attentive supervision and care for children while their parents train.
• Create a safe, welcoming, positive, and engaging environment.
• Interact with children through age-appropriate play and activities.
• Follow all Iron Kidz check-in/check-out, safety, and emergency procedures.
• Keep the childcare area clean, organized, and sanitary.
• Communicate professionally and courteously with parents and ISI team members.
• Immediately report any safety concerns, injuries, incidents, or unusual situations to management.

What We're Looking For

• Current CPR and First Aid certification — required.
• Ability to successfully pass a background check — required.
• Consistent availability Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM–10:30 AM.
• Dependable, punctual, patient, attentive, and comfortable caring for children of varying ages.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous childcare, babysitting, daycare, preschool, teaching, camp, church childcare, or similar experience is preferred.

Why This Role Matters

Iron Kidz is an important part of the ISI Sarasota member experience. Parents should be able to focus on their training knowing their children are nearby, safe, and being cared for by someone they trust. Reliability and consistent attendance are essential to this position.
