Job Title: EKG Technician - Travel

Location: Akron, OH

Pay: $2,249.60 weekly

Shifts: 40 hours per week, 11p-7:30a, includes weekends and holidays

Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced EKG Technician for a travel assignment in Akron, OH. This role involves performing and documenting 12 lead EKG tests as well as signal averaged EKGs within a fast-paced clinical environment. Ideal candidates must have 2+ years of recent experience and a strong ability to operate medical equipment efficiently during emergency situations.

Key Responsibilities of the EKG Technician

Perform and document 12 lead EKG tests with and without rhythm strips
Conduct signal averaged EKGs
Respond to emergency calls and perform EKGs as requested
Maintain confidentiality of patient information
Transport and operate EKG equipment efficiently

Requirements of the EKG Technician

EKG Certification required
2+ years of recent EKG experience
BLS required at the time of submission
Proven ability to communicate effectively with medical staff and patients
Ability to exert 50-100 pounds of force occasionally
