Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to identify children’s strengths, needs, and areas requiring intervention.

• Collaborate with families to develop and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) tailored to each child’s unique requirements.
\n
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions based on collaborative team feedback and child development goals.
\n
• Provide evidence-based early intervention strategies and support to families in natural environments to promote effective learning.
\n
• Build strong, trusting relationships with families, educators, and community partners to create a supportive network around each child.
\n
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding child welfare and service delivery practices.

• Utilize coaching methods to empower families and equip them with the skills necessary for ongoing support of their child’s development.

• Maintain necessary documentation and records in accordance with privacy laws and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on children aged birth to three years facing developmental delays or disabilities. As an LCSW, you will engage with infants and toddlers, ensuring they receive the necessary support as they develop crucial life skills across physical, cognitive, emotional, and communication domains. Your work will directly influence their capacity to grow and flourish, thereby impacting their families and communities positively.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree or doctorate in social work is required.
