Registered Nurse (RN) - Any 3x12.0 ShiftThis is a 13-week contract position.Any 3x12.0 shift, available for day or night shifts.The Registered Nurse (RN) maintains the delivery of quality care by ensuring compliance with the nursing care plan. This role includes supervising Licensed Practical Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, and orientees while promoting patient and employee safety within a supportive and collaborative environment.ResponsibilitiesConduct nursing assessments on all patients within 8 hours of admission and develop individualized care plans.Identify teaching needs related to patient diagnoses and collaborate with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team.Provide timely and accurate documentation of assessments, interventions, and patient responses in the medical records.Engage in patient rehabilitation programs and manage direct patient care using the nursing process.Initiate discharge planning upon admission and provide patient education as needed.Communicate pertinent information regarding patient status changes to ensure continuity of care.Oversee and train ancillary staff, utilizing effective delegation and organizational skills.Foster a positive work environment through team building and effective communication.Assume charge responsibility as requested and maintain communication with management regarding unit needs.Actively pursue professional development through continuing education and self-study.Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureCurrent RN license is required.BLS Certification is required prior to first shift.ACLS Certification is required prior to first shift (CIRH ONLY).Minimum of two (2) years of bedside clinical experience is required.Why ARMStaffing?At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
