Required Experience & Capabilities
- 5+ years of experience in delivery leadership, Scrum Master, project management, Agile program management, or a comparable role.
- Experience supporting technology delivery teams and cross-functional business stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of SAFe and Agile delivery practices, with the judgment to apply them pragmatically.
- Demonstrated strength in visual management, detailed work tracking, risk management, dependency coordination, and issue escalation.
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder communication skills, including the ability to make complex delivery information clear and actionable.
- Ability to influence, create accountability, and move work forward without relying on formal authority.
- Consistent follow-through, sound judgment, and a strong bias toward action.
Preferred Experience

- Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub Issues, or comparable tools.

- Experience in an organization evolving between Agile and more traditional project delivery models.
What Success Looks Like
- Leaders and teams have a clear, shared view of work, status, ownership, dependencies, and risks.
- Work items and plans contain enough detail to support execution and informed decision-making.
- Actions and commitments are actively managed through completion.
- Blockers and risks are surfaced early, pursued through resolution, and escalated appropriately.
- Team ceremonies and planning activities lead to clearer decisions and stronger delivery, rather than becoming process for its own sake.
- Stakeholders view this person as a trusted delivery partner who brings clarity, structure, and momentum.
Candidate Attributes
- Comfortable moving between strategic context and task-level detail.
- Flexible in approach, but disciplined about outcomes and follow-through.
- Calm and credible when surfacing difficult issues or delivery concerns.
- Curious enough to understand the work, without needing to be the technical expert.
- Collaborative and service-minded, while willing to challenge ambiguity, missed commitments, and unclear ownership.
