Job Title: Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) Profession: Surgical Tech Specialty: General Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day Shift Hours per Shift: 8 Hours Experience: - Minimum of 5 years current CST experience required - Proficient in general, gynecological, vascular, thoracic, orthopedic (including total joints), neuro (head and spine), and trauma procedures required - Ability to precept required - Experience with C-sections, ENT, plastics, and DaVinci Robot preferred - Travel experience required License: - National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) required Certifications: - Active American Heart Association BLS required Must-Have: - Must be able to work independently - A firm requirement to have own vehicle - Two recent supervisory signed references required Description: Two recent supervisory signed references are required. The agency must call and verify all references in the profile. Traveler must be able to precept. Proficiency must be noted in the profile. Must be able to work independently. Local travelers residing within 50 miles of the facility will not be considered. Travelers should be willing to take call duties. Work experience in specified surgical specialties is required. All scheduling requests must be included at the time of submission. Requests after offer may lead to rescinded offers. Profile must include a permanent address. Any and all requested time off must be included in the profile. Certification and experience details must be documented. Weekend and holiday rotation is required.
