Hamilton, Ohio Part-Time | MondayFriday | 20 Hours Weekly $29.00/hr ?nin Staffing is hiring a detail-oriented Engineering Clerk for a well-established manufacturing facility in Hamilton, Ohio. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administrative, organizational, and data-entry skills who enjoys supporting engineering and production teams in a fast-paced environment. If you have experience working with technical documents, manufacturing data, or ERP systems like SAP, this could be the perfect next step in your career!
What You'll Be Doing
- Create, update, and maintain engineering documentation including:
- Manufacturing routings
- Technical drawings
- Bills of Materials (BOMs)
- Process instructions
- Enter and maintain accurate data within company systems
- Support document control and revision tracking processes
- Work closely with Engineering, Production, Quality, and Purchasing teams
- Assist with organizing and maintaining digital and physical engineering files
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations as needed
- Help support continuous improvement initiatives through accurate recordkeeping and data management
- Ensure engineering documentation stays compliant and up to date
Skills and Experience
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Associate degree or technical certification preferred
- 2+ years of clerical or administrative experience preferred
- Manufacturing or engineering office experience is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- SAP or ERP system experience strongly preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with engineering terminology and manufacturing processes preferred
