Community Manager – The Fitzroy Apartments

Louisville, KY | Full-Time | 85-Unit Community

Brookside Properties is seeking an experienced Community Manager to lead operations at The Fitzroy , a well-maintained 85-unit apartment community located just minutes from downtown Louisville.

If you’re an experienced property manager looking for a stable, manageable community where you can make an impact , this is an opportunity to lead day-to-day operations while providing excellent service to residents and supporting your onsite team.

What You'll Do

Manage daily operations of the apartment community
Lead and support onsite office and maintenance staff
Drive occupancy and execute leasing strategies
Oversee rent collection and delinquency
Conduct regular property inspections
Manage the community budget and operating expenses
Ensure compliance with housing regulations and company policies
Maintain strong resident relationships and satisfaction
Identify opportunities to improve property performance and resident experience

What We're Looking For

1+ year of multifamily property management experience
Proven leadership and team management skills
Strong verbal and written communication
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
Experience with Entrata preferred
Bilingual skills preferred
