Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid occupational therapy license and COTA (Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant) credentials for schools
• Proven experience providing OT services in an educational or pediatric environment
• Proficiency in assessing and addressing occupational needs related to fine and gross motor skills
• Strong collaboration skills for working alongside educators, parents, and school teams
• Excellent communication abilities and a compassionate, student-centered approach

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized therapy plans focused on improving fine and gross motor skills for students
• Deliver engaging, evidence-based OT interventions in classroom and individual settings
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to integrate strategies that promote student success across school activities
• Track student progress, document sessions, and adjust interventions based on evolving needs
• Educate and support families to reinforce therapy goals at home
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing valuable input and guidance for student growth
