MacFarlane, Faletti & Co., LLP is a thriving CPA firm with over 50 years experience serving the Central Coast. We are currently looking for a CPA to join our firm full time with minimum of 2 years prior experience preparing individual, business, and/or trust tax returns and financial statement audits. Flexible hours and competitive salary and benefits. We strongly encourage work/life balance and offer most Friday’s off with pay, outside of busy seasons. Advancement to partnership opportunities are available. We also provide the ability to work in a hybrid environment both in office and remote (once the adequate knowledge of the firm and workflow is acquired) in a paperless environment. Knowledge of UltraTax is preferred. Salary is dependent on experience. Individual should desire to develop our team, be a positive influence on staff and client interactions, and maintain a good work/life balance amidst deadlines.
Responsibilities
Tax return preparation for individuals, partnerships, trusts, and corporations.
Research various tax and audit issues as necessary and assist with keeping the firm up to date with implementing tax law changes
Qualifications
CPA License preferred
