We are seeking an individual ready to work side-by-side with litigation attorneys in representing clients in divorce, child support, child custody and other family law related litigation matters.  This individual must be highly organized and able to communicate effectively in what is sometimes a fast-paced legal office environment.  Duties for this position will include:

1.         Organizing and maintaining case files and the working files of the attorneys;

2.         Working directly with clients and attorneys to complete, organize and analyze extensive discovery productions;

3.         Drafting pleadings, motions, and correspondence quickly and efficiently;

4.         Managing multiple attorneys’ calendars;

5.         Working closely with each attorney to prepare matters for trial;

6.         Coordinating and working closely with the entire office in providing outstanding legal representation to the firm’s clients.

All applicants should be proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows file management.  Because the position will require close contact and communication with clients, strong written and verbal communication skills are a necessity.

Salary will be dependent upon experience and the applicant’s qualifications

Office hours: 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday; 8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. on Friday.

Office closes for lunch from noon – 1:00 p.m.

Two weeks of vacation (after 90-day probationary period)
