Senior Sales Training Specialist

Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks a Senior Sales Training Specialist to design and deliver sales excellence curriculum across global teams in the Life Sciences Group. The role focuses on accelerating sales performance through blended learning, coaching culture development, and data-driven training innovation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver global sales excellence curriculum across new hire, professional, and leader programs
- Design blended learning experiences integrating virtual, classroom, e-learning, and AI reinforcement modalities
- Build coaching culture across sales leadership with frameworks, standards, and performance measurement
- Partner with North America and Europe sales leaders to coordinate training plans and measure training impact
- Drive learning innovation using AI coaching role plays and microlearning modules in LMS platforms
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
- 7+ years sales training, development, facilitation, or L&D experience in life sciences or biotech
- Proficiency with learning platforms: Docebo, Allego, or comparable systems
- Demonstrated experience developing sales excellence programs for new hires and leaders
- Strong instructional design skills for virtual, classroom, e-learning, and AI-enabled content
- Experience with sales methodologies such as Korn Ferry Strategic Selling or Challenger Sale
- Proven ability to establish coaching frameworks and conduct skills assessments with 360 feedback tools
Compensation: $93,800–$125,000 base
