is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented

Rental Yard Coordinator

to join our Katy location. If you have experience in

equipment staging ,

yard operations , or

heavy equipment handling , this is your opportunity to join a leader in the

construction equipment rental

industry. What You’ll Do as a Rental Yard Coordinator: As a

Rental Yard Coordinator , your primary responsibility is to

stage and organize rental equipment

on the yard to ensure efficient pickup and return by haul drivers. You’ll play a key support role for delivery logistics, equipment readiness, and yard cleanliness. Rental Yard Coordinator Responsibilities Include: Verify equipment paperwork

and ensure haul drivers load the correct units Assist with loading and unloading

equipment for customer deliveries and returns Direct drivers on where to drop returning equipment Perform

rental check-ins

as equipment arrives Keep yard and equipment in clean, orderly condition Support

wash rack duties

problem-solving

skills and
