Sr. HCM Specialist, Home-Based Care

Position Purpose An exciting opportunity to join a high-growth organization at the intersection of healthcare and technology. The Sr. HCM Specialist, Home-Based Care Sales will be responsible for driving new client acquisition within the Home Health, Home Care, Hospice, and Pediatric Home Care markets across the United States for Viventium + Apploi. This role will focus on executing a targeted go-to-market approach, building a strong pipeline of new business opportunities, and closing new logo clients within the Home-Based Care space. The Sr. HCM Specialist will operate as a strategic individual contributor - partnering cross-functionally to deliver a best-in-class client experience and support the company’s expansion within the Home-Based Care market. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified Home-Based Care segment opportunities Consistently meet or exceed assigned individual sales quotas Position Viventium + Apploi as a trusted partner across Home-Based Care organizations Deliver a seamless and high-quality client experience throughout the sales cycle Essential Duties and Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Sales Execution & Pipeline Management Identify, prospect, and engage target Home-Based Care providers across the U.S. Build and manage a robust pipeline of new business opportunities Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach through close for new clients Conduct discovery, solution presentations, and product demonstrations Achieve and exceed assigned revenue and booking targets Market Engagement & Industry Expertise Develop a strong understanding of the Home Health, Home Care, Hospice, and Pediatric Home Care markets, including workforce, compliance, reimbursement, recruiting, retention, and operational challenges affecting enterprise providers Build credibility with prospective clients by demonstrating industry knowledge Stay informed on competitive offerings and market trends Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Marketing on targeted outreach and lead generation efforts Collaborate with Sales Leadership (Director, Home-Based Care Sales) on pipeline strategy and deal execution Work closely with Implementation and Client Success teams to ensure smooth client transitions Sales Process & Reporting Maintain accurate and timely pipeline updates within CRM Track individual performance metrics and conversion rates Participate in forecast calls and pipeline reviews Contribute feedback to improve sales messaging and tools Relationship Development Build strong relationships with prospective clients and key decision-makers Represent the organization at industry events and networking opportunities Develop referral relationships within the Facilities ecosystem The essential functions listed above are representative of the primary duties required. Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) Education Bachelor’s degree required Minimum Qualifications 3-6 years of experience in B2B sales, with a focus on new business acquisition Proven success meeting or exceeding individual sales quotas Experience selling HCM, SaaS, healthcare technology, or related solutions Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills Ability to manage a full sales cycle independently Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills Strong organization and pipeline management discipline Experience using CRM systems and sales performance tools Preferred Qualifications Experience selling into Skilled Nursing, Long-Term Care, and Senior Living markets, or other healthcare organizations Exposure to workforce management, payroll, or HR technology solutions Experience in high-growth or entrepreneurial sales environments Success Profile (What Good Looks Like in 12 Months) Consistent achievement of individual quota targets Strong, healthy pipeline with predictable conversion metrics Recognized as a trusted advisor within the Home-Based Care prospect base Effective partnership with Director, Home-Based Care Sales and cross-functional teams Contribution to refined sales messaging and Home-Based Care go-to-market approach Compensation & Pay Transparency Base Salary Range: $76,600 – $102,300 per year This range reflects the expected base salary for this position and is aligned with market data and internal equity considerations Individual compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, and geographic location This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonus or other incentive compensation, in accordance with Company plans Viventium + Apploi is committed to maintaining competitive, equitable, and transparent compensation practices in compliance with all applicable laws #J-18808-Ljbffr
