This position will split time between our Madison and Sauk Prairie locations and is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and being part of the many moving pieces of a wellness clinic.Our mission is to grow, serve, and educate our community through holistic health. We're looking for someone who shares that passion and can help us create a welcoming, supportive experience for every client who walks through our doors.About the RoleOur ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, organized, and committed to high standards. You should be an effective communicator and problem-solver who follows through on commitments and works accurately and efficiently.Just as importantly, we're looking for someone with a warm personality who enjoys building trusting relationships with clients and coworkers. A willingness to learn, adaptability, and enthusiasm for natural wellness are essential.Responsibilities Include:Communicate with clients by phone, text, email, and other platformsSchedule and manage client appointmentsWelcome new clients and provide friendly clinic toursEducate clients about available wellness services and supplementary therapiesLearn about our top health products and confidently share information with clientsDiscuss wellness options and therapy benefits with clientsSet up clients for PEMF, salt chamber, and sauna sessionsSupport practitioners at both clinic locationsKeep the wellness center clean, organized, and fully stockedMaintain client confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirementsLift up to 20 pounds and comfortably navigate stairsScheduleMonday: 11:00 AM–7:00 PM | Madison Tuesday: 10:00 AM–2:00 PM | Sauk Prairie Wednesday: 11:00 AM–7:00 PM | Madison Thursday: 10:00 AM–2:00 PM | Sauk Prairie One Saturday per month: 8:00 AM–2:30 PM | MadisonCompensation$16.00–$19.00 per hourBenefitsProduct discountsRetirement matching programTwo complimentary acupuncture sessions per monthComplimentary sauna access and PEMF treatmentsSupplemental insurance optionsIf you love natural wellness, enjoy helping others, and are ready to be part of a supportive and passionate team, we'd love to hear from you!
