Ashley Regional is a designated Level IV Trauma Center, has been designated as a Stroke Receiving Facility by the Utah State Department of Health, is Chest Pain Accredited, and holds a 5-star CMS rating. Orientation is monthly. The 2nd full week of the month. Monday- Thursday. Local Rate: $45.00 Must be greater than 60 miles from facility to be considered travel
