Fund Accountant

Senior Fund Accountant LaSalle Network is hiring a Senior Fund Accountant for a growing, globally recognized investment management firm overseeing more than $3 billion in assets. What’s the job? Manage daily fund accounting activities, including reconciliation of accounts, values and transactions Review fund fees, expenses, investor activity and NAV calculations Partner with third‑party administrators and trading managers to ensure accurate financial reporting Lead investment allocation processes across multiple fund structures Review annual audited financial statements and coordinate with external auditors Support annual tax reporting processes with third‑party tax providers Oversee cash movements, margin calls, capital activity and investor servicing functions Assist with foreign exchange and currency hedging activities Compile and deliver reports for investors and internal stakeholders Support regulatory filings and compliance initiatives Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement and risk mitigation Participate in strategic projects, including new fund launches and fee structure implementation What’s needed? Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance 2‑7 years of accounting, fund accounting or investment operations experience CPA preferred but not required Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Experience with SQL and/or Power BI is a plus Experience utilizing AI tools to automate processes is a plus Strong analytical, organizational and problem‑solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment Team‑first mentality with a willingness to contribute wherever needed Key Details Compensation: $110,000‑$125,000 annually + eligibility to earn a bonus Benefits: Health, dental and vision insurance; 401(k); profit sharing Location: Warrenville, IL Work Model: Hybrid Position Type: Direct Hire LaSalle Network is an Equal Opportunity Employer m/f/d/v.
