Site Safety & Health Officer

The Site Safety & Health Officer is the frontline guardian of our jobsite culture — ensuring every worker goes home safe and every project meets the rigorous standards our federal clients require. You'll own daily and monthly safety reporting, hazard analysis, and full compliance with applicable OSHA, Federal, State, and local requirements, reporting directly to the Project Manager through Procore. Key Responsibilities Enforce adherence to the project Accident Prevention Plan (APP) and all applicable standards under 29 CFR 1926 and EM 385-1-1 Deliver daily HS&E reports including Safety Worker Logs, Near Miss Reports, and Mishap Reports Produce monthly reporting: HS&E Performance Reports, LHE Inspection Reports, and Monthly Exposure Hour Reports Develop and maintain Activity Hazard Analyses (AHAs), Standard Lift Plans, Confined Space Entry Permits, Hot Work Permits, and Radiography/Portable Gauge Operations Planning Worksheets Oversee safety compliance for crane lifts and rigging, electrical work and LOTO, and fall protection Qualifications 7 years of construction industry safety experience (mandatory). Completed OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety Outreach AND EM 385-1-1 training within the past 5 years.
