This role manages IT software procurement strategy and vendor relationships. Required Minimum 3 years of IT software procurement experience IT Asset Lifecycle and Licensing knowledge including SaaS, PaaS, IaaS Strategic negotiation experience including SLAs, contracts and renewals RFP/RFQ development and scoring experience Local Phoenix AZ only, city and state must be on resume No visa sponsorship, must be eligible for FTE conversion Cover letter required with submission Available for in-person interview within 1 week Preferred ISO-9902 Cloud Procurement Framework knowledge TCO and ROI analysis experience Technical project management background Government or public sector procurement experience #J-18808-Ljbffr Sunsoft Services Inc
