Job Details RN Job – Clinic Manager – Heart Acquisition, Full Time 8 Hour Days (Exempt) (Non-Union). Pay Range: $158,080.00 - $260,832.00 Job ID: 20173363 Location: Los Angeles, 90033 Job Description The Clinic Nurse Manager holds 24-hour accountability for the quality of patient care, efficiency of operations, and human resources management for area(s) assigned. They will strive to achieve the optimal patient experience in a cost-effective manner, while applying evidence-based leadership and practice. The Manager is responsible for the provision of safe patient care, in a manner that is consistent with the professional standards and hospital policies. The Manager promotes a positive and professional environment; supervises charge nurses and front line staff; maintains a stable and productive staff; involves staff at all levels in Shared Governance and Magnet Forces; and makes data driven decisions. They will role model performance and behaviors that are consistent with the values of the organization, furthering its mission, vision and strategic plan. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing 5 years experience in managing clinical operations in a healthcare setting or experience in a capacity precepting, mentoring, and/or leading clinical staff Excellent people management skills Ability to motivate and challenge staff Good decision making skills High frustration and ambiguity tolerance Ability to bridge the gap between administrative demands and clinical needs High skill and experience in process improvement Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in Nursing or in progress (strongly preferred) * Master’s Degree in Nursing may be in lieu of Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing

1. year experience in Transplant
2. years experience in an acute or ambulatory setting preferred

Required Licenses/Certifications Registered Nurse – RN (CA Board of Registered Nursing) Valid California License. Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider from American Heart Association. Fire Life Safety Training (LA City). If no card upon hire, one must be obtained within 30 days of hire and maintained by renewal before expiration date.
