Our quietly situated memory care community in SE Boise is looking for caregivers/med techs to join the team.
- Monday thru Wednesday Day Shift (6a-2p)
- Thursday thru Sunday NOC (10p-6a)
- Thursday thru Sunday Swing (2p-10p)
- Assist with personal care: grooming, bathing, dressing, toileting
- Serve meals and help with feeding as needed
- Support residents' medication routines and monitor their well-being
- Maintain a clean, safe, cozy living space
- Engage residents in meaningful, uplifting activities
- Keep accurate, thoughtful records to ensure quality care
- Age 18+(or 17 with a CNA certificate in Idaho); pass criminal background check
- Certified in First Aid, CPR
- Able to lift ~35 lbs and committed to continuous improvement
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Have or obtain (first 45 days) Certified in Medication Assistance
- CNA certification or cooking experience for groups
- Prior caregiving in assisted living or community service experience
- Passion for enriching the lives of older adults
- Respectful care that honors dignity
- Strong communication and confidentiality
- Calm, capable response in emergencies
- Eagerness to grow, learn, and build genuine connections
