Manager Commercial Sales Support Location: This role requires associates to be in-office 3 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. The Manager Commercial Sales Support is responsible for managing the staff and activities within a sales support unit assisting with new and renewal business. How you will make an impact Oversees the administrative support to the Sales teams along with providing guidance to Sales Support associates Manages the activities associated with the support of selling, servicing and retaining activities for brokers and clients ensuring accuracy and timeliness Develops and ensures policy and procedure continuity and oversees processes for consistency Identifies and implements best practices, including problem solving process improvement, training and development Monitors production activities and provides reporting to leadership Manages and provides guidance on the resolution of routine sales, claims and benefit issues (as necessary) Engages and fosters relationships, both internally and externally, hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports Minimum Requirements Requires a BA/BS and a minimum of 5 years of experience in the health insurance or related industry, including significant experience in at least one area such as Operations, Sales, Service, or Account Management; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background. Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences Leadership experience strongly preferred Experience supervising a remote staff strongly preferred The salary range for this position is $99,624 to $163,668.
