The Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care sector is rapidly growing, offering excellent potential along with a flexible work-life balance (no on-call duties or weekend shifts)!

We are currently looking for a full-time Nurse Practitioner (32-40 hours per week) to join our team at the Hilltop Center in Hilltop, WV.

The annual salary for this role ranges from $101,750 to $117,000.

The Advanced Practice Provider will report directly to the Director of Clinical Practice and/or the Area Clinical Practice Manager. This role involves collaborating on-site with the Center Leadership Team to meet specific center goals and priorities. Additionally, the Advanced Practice Provider will work alongside the Medical Director and/or Attending Physician to deliver patient-specific medical care.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing primary and urgent care services to residents of the nursing center in partnership with other medical providers.
• Working closely with Center Leadership to fulfill our mission of enhancing lives through high-quality healthcare and compassionate service.

The ideal candidate must have graduated from an accredited School of Nursing and hold a valid registered nurse license. They should also be certified as a Nurse Practitioner, having completed an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program with a Master’s Degree in Nursing, focusing on Older Adult and/or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) specialties. Other concentrations may be considered based on experience and organizational needs.

Preferred qualifications include:

• A minimum of two years of experience working with adult or geriatric populations.
• In states where permitted, an unrestricted professional license and DEA registration for each state of practice.

Note: Restrictions may apply based on collective bargaining agreements, state laws, and factors such as pay classification, job grade, location, and length of service. To qualify for full-time benefits, a minimum of 30 hours per week is required. Some benefits, including health plans, may not be available to part-time employees working between 16 and 29 hours per week.

Salary Range: $101,750 - $117,000 per year. Sign-On Bonus: $5,000.
