Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long-Term Care (LTC)

Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a Long-Term Care setting. The ideal candidate will have experience caring for geriatric patients and a strong commitment to resident-centered care.

Schedule

• Day Shift
• 3 x 12-Hour Shifts
• 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Every other weekend required
• No call required

Required Licensure

• Active LPN License

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of Long-Term Care (LTC) experience required

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to long-term care residents

• Collaborate with healthcare providers and interdisciplinary teams
• Educate residents and families regarding care plans and treatments
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards
