Accounts Payable SpecialistLocation: Fort Worth, TX ContractWe are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to input valid invoices and check requests into the accounts payable processing system; input and process MSO Authority Claims; match vendor invoices to purchase order purchases and receipts; process checks; and perform other accounting duties as requested.Responsibilities:Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with othersAbility to work independently on difficult or complex tasks and keep accurate recordsAbility to work under stress and maintain a pleasant interaction with othersAbility to work with minimal supervisionAbility to prioritize needsAbility to write clearly and concisely in a businesslike manner when responding to various emails and communications within and outside the department.Ability to learn client's Operating ProceduresQualifications:Minimum of 3 years' experience in Accounts PayableMinimum of 3 years' experience in bookkeeping3+ years in detailed data processing ; (may be used in place of 1 year of Accounts Payable experience)Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and WordExperience in data entryExperience matching purchase order receipts accurately to invoices and processing for paymentExperience compiling all supporting documentation for weekly check runsExperience filing check copies with supporting documentation in the closed payable files
