About the Role We are seeking a Sr. Supervisor, Bakery‑Operations to join our team at our Swedesboro, NJ bakery. As a Sr. Supervisor, you will be accountable for providing on‑shift operational leadership, supporting Supervisors across all lines, driving consistent execution of production plans, and reinforcing a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement. This role is critical in ensuring operational stability, staffing alignment, and smooth coordination across production activities. Shift & Schedule Shift: 2nd Hours: 2 PM – 10:30 PM Weekend availability: Required Compensation Salary Range: $95,000 – $105,000 Core Accountabilities (What You’ll Be Doing) Provide day‑to‑day operational leadership, coaching, and escalation support to shift Supervisors Monitor staffing, line performance, run settings, and documentation accuracy to ensure execution of production plans Partner with cross‑functional teams (FSQA, Maintenance, Sanitation, Planning) to resolve operational issues promptly Reinforce standard work, GMP compliance, safety protocols, and operational readiness across all lines Coordinate Supervisor coverage, shift communication, and reporting across production Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance safety, efficiency, and workforce effectiveness Ensure accurate production data, timekeeping, material usage, and ERP (e.g., SAP) data integrity Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring to the Table) High School Diploma/GED required; Associate or Bachelor's degree strongly preferred 5+ years of experience in regulated manufacturing environments (food, beverage, pharma, etc.) Demonstrated on‑floor leadership experience (lead operator, team lead, informal leadership, etc.) Ability to influence teams without direct authority and support consistent execution across shifts Schedule flexibility to adjust hours based on operational priorities Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook; ability to learn ERP/MRP systems (SAP preferred) Strong communication, decision‑making, and coaching skills Preferred Qualifications (Extra Ingredients for Success) Working knowledge of Spanish Experience in bakery production or multiline operations Continuous improvement familiarity (Lean, Kaizen, etc.) Experience supporting capital projects or equipment justification Desire to advance into future operations leadership roles Aspire Bakeries LLC values the contribution each Team Member brings to our organization.
