Key Requirements:

• ITIL certification or equivalent experience
• 1-2 years of prior help desk or IT support experience
• Proficiency in troubleshooting desktop hardware, software, and network issues
• Familiarity with ticketing tools such as Jira Service Desk or ServiceNow
• Excellent communication skills-both verbal and written
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to quickly learn new applications and technologies
• Knowledge of manufacturing or distribution environments is a plus

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line support to resolve basic IT incidents and service requests
• Conduct initial assessment, triage, and diagnostics for reported issues
• Document all interactions, resolutions, and escalate complex problems when necessary
• Act as a positive, professional point of contact, ensuring a smooth user experience
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve more intricate issues
• Keep knowledge bases updated with resolutions and troubleshooting tips
• Support after-hours and on-call requests as needed
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive customer and employee data
• Engage in continuous learning to stay current with organizational technologies
