Recording Title Specialist
A well-established title insurance agency is seeking a Recording Title Specialist to support post-closing operations. This role focuses on document recording and ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout the post-closing process.
Responsibilities Include:
- Recording closing documents with appropriate municipalities
- Managing post-closing files and documentation
- Ensuring timely and accurate submission of recordings
- Coordinating with internal teams to resolve recording issues
- Maintaining organized and compliant records
Ideal Qualifications:
- Prior experience working in a title agency
- Background in post-closing or recording preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage deadlines effectively
- Organized and process-oriented
