Shift: $28/hr-$31/hr

Employment Type: Contract to Hire

Job Summary:


We're seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join our manufacturing team in Westborough, MA. In this leadership role, you'll oversee daily production operations, lead and develop a team of manufacturing professionals, and ensure production goals are met while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop production employees through effective communication and leadership.
• Organize daily work assignments to meet production schedules and customer deadlines.
• Monitor production output to ensure quality standards and manufacturing objectives are achieved.
• Ensure products meet established quality specifications and company expectations.
• Collaborate with Engineering to troubleshoot manufacturing issues and improve production processes.
• Support Manufacturing Engineering and Quality teams with process improvements, testing, and process control activities.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized production environment.
• Conduct employee performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
• Promote a positive team culture focused on safety, quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Previous experience leading teams in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills.
• Experience managing production schedules and meeting performance goals.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and process improvement methodologies.
• Ability to troubleshoot production issues and work cross-functionally with Engineering and Quality teams.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and manufacturing systems is a plus.
