Production Supervisor

We are seeking a Production Supervisor to support our client's team in Westborough, MA. In this leadership role, you'll oversee daily production operations, lead and develop a team of manufacturing professionals, and ensure production goals are met while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop production employees through effective communication and leadership. Organize daily work assignments to meet production schedules and customer deadlines. Monitor production output to ensure quality standards and manufacturing objectives are achieved. Ensure products meet established quality specifications and company expectations. Collaborate with Engineering to troubleshoot manufacturing issues and improve production processes. Support Manufacturing Engineering and Quality teams with process improvements, testing, and process control activities. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized production environment. Conduct employee performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback. Promote a positive team culture focused on safety, quality, accountability, and continuous improvement. Qualifications Previous experience leading teams in a manufacturing or production environment. Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills. Experience managing production schedules and meeting performance goals. Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and process improvement methodologies. Ability to troubleshoot production issues and work cross-functionally with Engineering and Quality teams. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and manufacturing systems is a plus.
