About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Customer Officer (CCO) to join their dynamic team. The CCO will be responsible for owning, building, and running a startup in the SaaS field, with a focus on scaling the business to €100M+ in revenues. This role is ideal for ambitious entrepreneurs and serial entrepreneurs who are ready to take on the challenge of building a €1B+ company. The successful candidate will be part of an extensive personal development journey, receiving 1:1 sparring with unicorn founders, and will have access to a community of the top 0.1% of founders, peers, and investors. The CCO will also be involved in team building, distribution, and will receive support in reaching product-market-fit and building a sales force or marketing machine. Applicants for the CCO position at the company should be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocation. The role requires a high level of commitment, as the CCO will be expected to take full responsibility for their startup. Excellent communication skills in English are a must. The company is known for its strong network, with over 50,000 professionals, and the CCO will benefit from this network in terms of hiring top talent and receiving advice and best practices from serial entrepreneurs. Intensive coaching will be provided to ensure the startup is ready to raise millions in funding, and the CCO will work closely with the team to iterate the product until it reaches the desired market fit.
