It's been an exciting year of transformation and we are looking for an energized team player that wants to help continue to drive significant changes that are truly making an impact to our company's success!## Job DescriptionAs an **HR Business Partner** at Motorola Solutions, you will align business strategy with HR initiatives across assigned client groups. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to leaders on organizational design, talent management, change leadership, and employee experience—balancing high-level strategy with hands-on operational support.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Partnering & Talent Management* **Build Talent Capability:** Drive talent acquisition, succession planning, leadership development, and Inclusion & Diversity initiatives in alignment with business goals.* **Organizational Effectiveness:** Diagnose organizational gaps, advise leaders on structure and culture, and support change management—including the integration of acquired companies.* **Performance & Rewards:** Lead annual talent cycles (merit, bonus, performance management) and partner with leadership on workforce planning and market benchmarking.Operational Execution & Employee Relations* **Issue Resolution:** Handle end-to-end employee and manager inquiries. Conduct root-cause analyses to prevent repeat issues and recommend continuous process improvements.* **Policy & Compliance:** Ensure consistent application of HR policies, regulatory compliance, and smooth offboarding processes (including exit interviews).* **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Partner closely with HR Centers of Excellence (Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Benefits) to deliver seamless tools, systems, and services.* **Insights & Projects:** Leverage HRIS data to track trends and present data-driven solutions to business leaders.Qualifications & Preferred Skills:* **HR Expertise:** Proven track record as an HRBP in a fast-paced, high-growth, or scaling environment. PHR/SHRM-CP certification is a plus.* **Systems Proficiency:** Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms; Workday preferred.* **Strategic & Tactical Balance:** Ability to switch fluidly between high-level strategic initiatives and day-to-day administrative execution.* **Business Acumen & Problem Solving:** Deep understanding of business strategy, strong analytical skills, and sound judgment in complex employee relations matters.* **Communication & Collaboration:** Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and build trust across line-level employees and senior executives.* **Change & M&A Experience:** Prior experience guiding teams through organizational change and successfully integrating acquisitions.\*\*Hybrid schedule; 2 days a week in office.Target Base Salary Range: $85,000 - $95,000 USDConsistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity.
