LEAD SALES ASSOCIATE-PT in WARROAD, MN S16371

In this fast-paced retail role, you'll provide friendly, efficient service, assist customers with purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and support merchandising and inventory tasks. Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, efficient customer service at the register and on the sales floor
- Operate POS systems to accurately process cash, credit, and mobile transactions
- Maintain store cleanliness, including sales floor, restrooms, and forecourt areas
- Stock shelves, coolers, and displays, ensuring products are rotated and well-presented
- Assist with receiving, checking, and organizing deliveries and backroom inventory
- Prepare and handle fresh food items in accordance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Monitor fuel pumps and forecourt area to ensure a safe, clean, and compliant environment
- Actively suggest add-on products and promotions to increase sales and enhance the customer experience
- Resolve basic customer concerns or escalate issues to shift leaders or managers as needed
- Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and loss prevention guidelines
- Collaborate with team members and support shift leaders to meet store performance goals
