Requirements What We're Looking For Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required 12 to 18 months of related healthcare, medical scheduling, insurance verification, or administrative experience preferred Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered Strong computer and office technology skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism Skills & Attributes Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Outstanding customer and patient service skills High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a busy environment Professional and compassionate demeanor Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude Additional Qualifications Ability to read and interpret policies, procedures, and medical documentation Basic mathematical skills, including percentages and calculations Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities Physical Requirements Ability to remain stationary for extended periods while working at a computer Frequent communication with patients, providers, and staff Ability to move throughout the office as needed Ability to occasionally lift or transport up to 25 pounds Visual ability to review schedules, medical records, and documentation Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the position.
