GILLETT LAW, APC is looking for an experienced legal assistant / paralegal to join our San Luis Obispo Office. We are looking for a full-time, in-person, professional who has experience in preparing, filing, and organizing legal documents. The candidate must be detail-oriented, a good communicator, a team player, have strong computer skills, and be willing to work hard.

Common duties include:

• Preparing documents for filing with courts and administrative entities;
• Complying with local court rules;
• Communicating with clients, court staff, and opposing counsel’s staff;
• Calculating and calendaring attorney deadlines; and
• Organizing trial exhibits.
