Required Qualifications: Bachelor of Science or master's degree in physical therapy from an accredited college or university by the American Physical Therapy Association; licensure as a Physical Therapist by the appropriate state board; current valid Oregon drivers license; current CPR certification. Additional Information: Must have thorough knowledge of therapy procedures, current orthopedic and neurological follow-up practices, and rehabilitation strategies.
