Direct Support Professional

REM Community Services , a part of the Sevita family, provides community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Pay is $19.53 per hour. Full‑time position available. Schedule: Tuesday – Friday 2 p.m. – 10 p.m. and every other Saturday and Sunday 2 p.m. – 10 p.m. Responsibilities Assist people with personal hygiene and provide care for individuals who may have behavioral challenges and complex needs. Support participants in achieving developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition. Build meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve. Take initiative to help participants engage in community activities and enjoy their favorite activities. Demonstrate ownership and trust, following guidance from leaders to do what’s right for participants. Benefits Competitive pay, including Pay on Demand. Preferred: Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination. Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi‑tasking, teamwork, time‑management. Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible. Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
