Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm

In this rewarding role, you’ll support individuals in building job skills, confidence, and independence—while working with a fun, supportive team that truly cares.

• Provide career coaching and job skills training to individuals with disabilities
• Support clients in workplace readiness, soft skills development, and job performance improvement
• Create individualized career development plans based on personal goals
• Build positive relationships with employers, community partners, and vocational programs
• Deliver hands-on support to help individuals reach their full potential

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass required background, OIG, and MVR checks
• Able to perform physical movement and lift up to 50 lbs
• No experience required – paid training provided
