Located in West Chester, OH Salary: $40-$50/hr Composite Manufacturing Engineer Shift Type: Contract (3-6 months) Location: West Chester, OH Pay: $40-$50/hr Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2+ years of composite manufacturing experience (10+ years preferred for senior-level roles).
- Knowledge of composite manufacturing processes including hand lay-up, autoclave curing, Resin Transfer Molding (RTM), and compression molding.
- Experience developing Bills of Materials (BOMs), production plans, and manufacturing documentation.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Develop and maintain production plans, manufacturing processes, and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
- Support and optimize tooling design and manufacturing methods to improve efficiency and quality.
- Serve as the primary liaison between engineering and production teams to resolve manufacturing challenges.
- Troubleshoot composite manufacturing processes and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, productivity, and cost reduction.
