Vice President Portfolio Management, Solutions & Experiences

For our client, we are seeking a Vice President Portfolio Management Solutions & Experiences to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will advance people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience. You will partner with global leaders, HR centers of excellence, and functional stakeholders to create consistent practices across teams and regions. The position offers the opportunity to influence culture, talent strategy, and scalable people operations within a technology-driven environment. Location: Spring, TX - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $266,000 – $318,000 annually Responsibilities Develop competitive product strategy and roadmap for core PC hardware products Lead integrated portfolio vision for differentiated products and solutions Drive a unified product vision across HP's global business units and partners Oversee customer journey mapping to enhance portfolio value Manage disciplined product lifecycle governance and new product introductions Continuously refine the product roadmap based on market insights and trends Communicate strategies and technology roadmaps to executive and partnership audiences Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Engineering; MBA preferred 12+ years of experience in product marketing or related fields 8+ years of people management experience preferred Previous VP-level experience in PC product marketing Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance Long-term and short-term disability insurance Employee assistance program and flexible spending account Life insurance and generous time-off policies, including paid parental leave 11 paid holidays and additional flexible paid vacation Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
