Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Respiratory Therapist - NICU to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy for neonates, infants, and pediatric patients in the NICU.
• Administer bronchoscopy and extubation procedures effectively.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care outcomes.
• Document patient care and interventions accurately using Epic charting system.
• Participate in holiday rotations and provide weekend coverage as scheduled.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Current RRT certification and valid SC RCP license.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist, including NICU and pediatric settings.
• Current certifications: BLS, PALS, NRP.
• Experience with Epic charting system preferred.
• Strong knowledge of pediatric critical care protocols and procedures.
• Willing to work night shifts with every other weekend rotation.
