Warranty Representative

Forest River, Inc., the Nation's largest manufacturer of Recreational Vehicles, Cargo Trailers, Transit Buses and Boats has an immediate opening for a Warranty Representative. Responsibilities * Provide Technical Support to our Dealer base (via phone/email). * Provide Customer Service to both Dealer and Retail base (via phone/email). * Provide Production Support and help with Problem Resolution. * Develop Troubleshooting documents. * Learn product line from frame to final. Qualifications * Attention to detail and accuracy * Intermediate computer skills, familiar with Microsoft Office programs * Prefer a certain familiarity or general knowledge of RV parts, or an understanding of electrical/technical systems * Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills * A desire to provide extraordinary customer service to the dealer/customer network * Able to work within a group and transition between responsibilities given * Willingness to learn many different components of a RV Forest River offers a stable work environment that is fast paced.
