Job Summary:
Emergency Room Nurse in Santa Fe, New Mexico. This full-time night shift position involves providing comprehensive patient care in a busy emergency department setting. The role requires delivering high-quality clinical services promptly and efficiently, ensuring patient safety and satisfaction in accordance with organizational standards.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Current New Mexico Registered Nurse (RN) license or current Compact state RN license; BLS Certification from the American Heart Association; ACLS Certification from the American Heart Association; PALS Certification from the American Heart Association; TNCC Certification; completion of an accredited nursing program; knowledge appropriate to the patient population served; 2+ years of nursing experience or equivalent clinical experience; excellent communication skills.
• Preferred Qualifications: CPI or equivalent certification.
• Additional Information: The nurse will coordinate and implement patient care specific to the emergency department setting, perform point-of-care testing procedures, and participate in patient education and discharge planning. The role emphasizes clinical judgment, safety, and compassionate care delivery while adhering to hospital protocols.
