Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Manufacturing Machine Operator to join our production team. This role is responsible for operating and monitoring production equipment, ensuring production lines run efficiently, and performing minor machine repairs and adjustments as needed. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining quality and safety standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment and production lines.
• Keep production lines running efficiently to meet daily production goals.
• Perform minor machine repairs, adjustments, and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and report major maintenance issues.
• Follow production schedules, operating procedures, and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
• Ensure products meet company quality and food safety requirements.
• Keep work areas clean and organized in accordance with safety and sanitation standards.
• Work closely with supervisors and team members to maximize productivity.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, read, and write English.
• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.
